By using www.pyroportal.co.uk or the PyroPortal platform you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Account responsibility
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
Don’t use PyroPortal to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, send spam, or attack our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
Compliance is yours
PyroPortal helps you keep records and produce paperwork, but you remain responsible for meeting your obligations under the Explosives Regulations 2014 and any other applicable law. The platform is a tool, not a substitute for competent operators.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. We don’t exclude liability for anything that can’t lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
