Each operator carries a list of training records — type, date, expiry. The dashboard shows all records across the team with filters, so you can sort by who’s coming up to expiry next or who holds which qualification.

Training matrix
Define your qualification frameworks once
Matrix Groups hold a set of qualifications that belong together (BPA, DSEAR, first-aid, your internal sign-offs). Matrix Items are the individual qualifications within a group. Reviews record per-operator competency against an item.
The overview grid shows the whole team against the whole matrix on one screen, and operators see their own record and matrix in the crew portal — so “what am I current on?” never needs a call to the office. Matrix setup lives in Settings, and it’s all visible alongside the operator’s record when you’re assigning crew to a display.
