Who we are
PyroPortal is operated by Lumatech UK (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data you submit through this website.
What we collect
From visitors to www.pyroportal.co.uk we collect:
- Information you give us via the contact form (name, email, company, message).
- Basic technical data — request logs held by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and to keep the site running. We do not currently run analytics scripts or set analytics cookies on this site.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up about setting you up on PyroPortal.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months after our last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us at hello@pyroportal.co.uk and we’ll respond within 30 days.
