Multiple stores with per-hazard-category limits, real-time NEQ utilisation, per-hazard-type utilisation shown live against each cap, a typed movement log and a mobile stock-check screen.
Stock, suppliers & imports
Bulk catalogue import, per-case pricing, live on-order tracking, smart-paste supplier orders with AI assist, per-line delivery exception handling and COGS reporting.
Health, safety & fire severity
Issue tracker with severity + status, scheduled reviews — plus a daily-archived Met Office Fire Severity Index outlook and site weather on every venue and display.
Training
Per-operator records with date + expiry, a training matrix with a whole-team overview grid, competency reviews, and self-service views for crew.
Security, email & AI
Two-factor auth with enforced-MFA groups, granular permissions, email-to-enquiry with AI parsing, an MCP connector for AI assistants, and an installable PWA.
