Displays, clients & venues
Ten-stage display workflow, drag-and-drop firing sequence with NEQ/HT rollups, AI BoM import, IonFire show-file export, printable show packs, real per-show margins inc or ex VAT, and site plans, GPS survey pins and photos on every venue.
Client booking pages
One permanent link per booking on your own subdomain: clients confirm the date, venue and price online, name the on-the-day contact, download your published documents, message you site details, and leave post-show feedback. No client login.
Crewing
Each operator gets a focused portal with their own shows (schedule, venue, firing order, pay), emailed availability requests, one-tap confirm or decline, per-show PPE sign-off, pre/post-show checklists with photos and warnings, a headcount target per show and a crewing report across the season.
Magazine
Multiple licensed stores with containers or bays under each, per-hazard-category limits, live NEQ that counts picked shows still on site, a typed movement log and a mobile stock-check screen.
Stock, suppliers & imports
Bulk catalogue import, per-case pricing, live on-order tracking, smart-paste supplier orders with AI assist, a stock-shortages report with swap-everywhere, and COGS reporting.
Health, safety & fire severity
Issue tracker with severity + status, scheduled reviews, controlled documents with a per-version read register, plus an archived Met Office Fire Severity Index outlook and site weather on every display.
Training
Per-operator records with date + expiry, a training matrix with a whole-team overview grid, competency reviews, and self-service views for crew.
Security, email & AI
Two-factor auth with enforced-MFA groups, granular permissions, email-to-enquiry with AI parsing, in-app notifications, an MCP connector for AI assistants, self-serve billing and an installable PWA.
