Display management
Every display, enquiry to reviewed.
A ten-stage status workflow, a drag-and-drop firing sequence builder with NEQ/HT rollups, and a GeoJSON site-plan editor on every venue.
The display record
Prospect → Verbal Confirmation → Pending → Booked → Designed → Picking → Ready → Fired → Reviewed
Every display moves through a typed status workflow modelled on how UK display companies actually run a job. Transitions are validated, so a display can’t skip from Prospect straight to Fired.
Enquiries are first-class records too — the “convert to display” flow turns a qualified enquiry into a booked display with the relationships intact, and enquiries that don’t land are marked Lost with a reason category. Annual shows take one click: clone last year’s display, design and all.
Every display can hand the client a permanent booking page — they confirm the date and price online, and per-field Date-confirmed / Price-confirmed flags surface on the record.
- Ten-stage validated status workflow
- Enquiry → Display conversion built in; lost reasons tracked
- Clone a show for repeat and annual events
- Client booking page with online date + price confirmation
- List view + calendar view + CSV export, card lists on mobile
Firing sequence + BoM
Drag-and-drop design with NEQ and HT rollups
The design page is a drag-and-drop builder for cues, sequences and modules. You build the show visually, the BoM aggregates the products you’ve used, and NEQ + HT totals roll up automatically as you go — so you know what the magazine has to issue before you’ve finished the design.
- Drag-and-drop cues + sequences + modules
- AI paste-a-list: paste a product list, get BoM lines
- Per-display BoM aggregated from the design
- Auto-summed NEQ and HT totals + ADR load-points check
- Linked to live stock so you can see what you have
Show day
Print the pack, pick on a phone, sign it off
When the design is done, print the show pack: a BoM / pick sheet for the magazine and a firing order with product codes, sizes and a layout column for prepping. Or skip the paper — the Pick & Prep flow runs on a phone in the store, big text and high contrast, with an explicit sign-off when the pick is complete so nothing leaves half-checked.
On the day itself, the display record has an on-day view with the contact details that matter, tap-to-call. And every display carries a Weather tab: site weather alongside the Met Office Fire Severity Index outlook for the venue’s 10 km square.
- Printable show pack: pick sheet + firing order with layout column
- Mobile Pick & Prep flow with explicit sign-off
- On-day contact view with tap-to-call
- Site weather + Fire Severity Index outlook per display
Financials
Real margins on every show
The Financials tab gathers the money side of a display into one place — payments in a single card, costs from the design and the stock actually used, and the real margin on the job. The show-margins report and financial-year view roll it up across the season, including an estimated fuse-and-ignitors line so the consumables don’t hide in the numbers.
- Payments in one card per display
- Real margin per show from design + stock costs
- Show-margins report across the year
- Financial-year stock / COGS view
Venues + site plans
A GeoJSON site-plan editor on every venue
Every venue is a re-usable record. Each one can carry a full GeoJSON site plan with firing areas, crowd barriers, safety zones, distance markers, access pins and notes — drawn on a map, attached to the venue, available on every display you do there.
Each show can also carry its own copy of the plan — start from the venue plan, adjust it for this year’s layout, and export it as an image for the event pack. Issues + reviews from the H&S module link back to the venue, and a Fire Severity tab shows the site’s outlook, so you build up a picture of every site over time.
- Re-usable venue records with GeoJSON site plan
- Per-show site plans — tweak this year’s layout without touching the venue plan
- Crowd barriers, firing areas, safety zones, distance markers, access pins, notes
- Image export for the event pack
- Linked H&S issues + reviews and fire-severity outlook per venue
