Multiple magazines, per-category limits

Set up one or many explosive stores. Each one carries its own list of allowed hazard categories with a maximum quantity per category, so a store licensed for HT4 only, with a 50 kg NEQ cap, shows exactly how much of that cap is used, and by what, at any moment.

A store is the licensed unit. Under it, label the containers or bays it actually holds: two ISO containers under one licence, with container 2 flagged as where picked shows go. Store NEQ counts free stock and anything picked for a show that has not fired yet, so a labelled show still on site never drops off the number. The storage dashboard shows free, picked and total per store against the cap, plus a category breakdown of what’s currently held.

Typed movement log

Every In, Out, Transfer, Adjustment and Stock-take

Every stock change is a typed movement: In (receipt), Out (issued to display / consumed), Transfer (between stores), Adjustment (manual correction), Stock-take or Write-off. Each movement records timestamp, operator, quantity, a unit-cost snapshot and source/destination references.

The dashboard shows recent movements in a single feed, including what each movement was for (which order, which show), so you can see what’s changed today without leaving the magazine page.

Stock levels

Per-product stock, reorder levels and quantities

Stock is tracked per product and store, with reorder levels and the container or bay it lives in. Low-stock items surface on the dashboard for review, and the stock-check screen is built for a phone in the store: search the product, enter the physical count, and the variance is recorded as a proper stock-take movement with the product’s last-checked date stamped.

A variance workflow with mandatory reasons + signatures, and a magazine register PDF / CSV export, are on the roadmap.

Common questions

Can we operate multiple magazines or stores?
Yes. Unlimited explosive stores on paid plans (Spark has one), each with its own per-category limits. Under a store you can label the containers or bays it holds (two ISO containers under one 1,300 kg licence, say) and flag which one picked shows go to. Stock movements can move material between stores with a typed Transfer movement.
Does a picked show still count against the licence?
Yes. Store NEQ is free stock plus anything picked for a show that has not fired yet, because a labelled show sitting in container 2 is still on the licensed site. The store page shows free, picked and total against the cap, lists which shows are picked, and offers a Mark Fired button if a show has gone out without being closed off.
How does HT segregation work?
Each store carries its own list of allowed hazard categories with a maximum quantity per category. The storage dashboard shows what is actually held against each of those caps, per store and per category, so a store that is meant to hold HT4 only is visibly wrong the moment something else lands in it. Blocking a movement at the point of entry is not built yet; the record is what tells you.
Does it produce a magazine register export for HSE?
Movements are recorded in full with timestamp, type, operator, quantity and source/destination. A formatted PDF / CSV register export is on the roadmap. Today you can pull the data via the API.
Are NEQ over-limit alerts sent automatically?
Utilisation is calculated and visible on the storage dashboard in real time. Active push alerts at 80% / 90% are on the roadmap.
