Pricing questions

What counts towards my display limit?
Only confirmed displays. Enquiries, quotes and pencilled dates never count — put your whole pipeline in without touching your plan. Cancelled or rained-off displays are released back to your plan, so you only pay for displays you actually deliver.
What happens if I go over my plan?
We never block a booking. Confirm one display more than your plan covers and it books instantly — we'll simply prompt a pro-rated upgrade afterwards. No surprise overage fees, ever.
Are users or crew limited?
Crew logins are unlimited on every plan. Paid plans also have unlimited user accounts. Spark, the free plan, is limited to 3 user accounts, 1 magazine and 25 products. The only per-user charge on PyroPortal is the optional AI Assistant add-on.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
There is no timed trial. Spark is free for as long as you like, with the full display workflow, so you can run real shows on it before paying anything. When you need more displays, users or magazines, upgrade to a paid plan; upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. If you would rather see the whole platform first, ask for a walkthrough on the contact page.
Can we pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing is ten months' price for twelve. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at renewal.
What if we run more than 200 displays a year?
Talk to us and we'll size a plan for your operation.
Is VAT included?
Prices are exclusive of VAT. UK customers will see VAT added at checkout.
