Pricing questions

What counts towards my display limit?
Only confirmed displays. Enquiries, quotes and pencilled dates never count, so put your whole pipeline in without touching your plan. Cancelled or rained-off displays are released back to your plan, so you only pay for displays you actually deliver.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Once a plan year holds every confirmed display your plan covers, the next show cannot be moved to Booked until you pick a bigger plan. Your pipeline keeps working, nothing you have already confirmed is touched, and there are no automatic charges or overage fees, ever.
Are users or crew limited?
Paid plans have unlimited logins for office users and crew alike. Spark, the free plan, is limited to 3 logins in total (crew members sign in as users too), 1 magazine and 25 products. The only per-user charge on PyroPortal is the optional AI Assistant add-on.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
There is no timed trial. Spark is free for as long as you like, with the full display workflow, so you can run real shows on it before paying anything. When you need more displays, logins or magazines, upgrade from Settings → Billing: your card is charged for the first month or year that day and the plan applies as soon as the payment succeeds. If you would rather see the whole platform first, ask for a walkthrough on the contact page.
Can we pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing is ten months' price for twelve. Moving between paid plans is pro-rated and applies once payment succeeds; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
How do you take payment?
Card, on a Stripe-hosted page. Card details never touch PyroPortal. Every charge gets a VAT invoice. If a payment fails your account becomes read-only until it is sorted; nothing is deleted.
What if we run more than 200 displays a year?

Prices are exclusive of VAT. UK customers will see VAT added at checkout.
